When asked how he felt about all of Venessa Lee’s accomplishments, Midway athletic director and former head girls track and field coach Doug Carder said that she “is one of the finest people I have ever known. I couldn’t be prouder of her or happier for her. God has blessed her with many talents. Venessa is an outstanding young woman.
