These issues are related. Business, industries and others who might consider locating to our community must feel confident that our police department is operating and utilizing available resources in such a way as to make our community as safe as possible.
If elected, what are your plans to address those issues? I will seek a complete review of current police department practices and procedures. Strengths will be noted and areas in need of improvement must be addressed. In regards to economic development, and all development, I will work to make sure our local government is taking a focused, consistent and proactive, versus reactive, lead in pursuing new types of businesses and industries.
