There is no admission fee for either shoppers or vendors. Members of the Strategic Planning Implementation Committee, which oversees the program, encourages residents to stuff your gently used treasures in your trunk or truck and bring them up to the square for sale. Organizers ask that vendors not arrive before 4:30 p.m., when the streets surrounding the square will be blocked off so people can safely set up and visitors can enjoy their shopping experience. In addition, people are not allowed to save parking spots for other vendors. Parking spots are assigned on a first come, first served basis. Finally, no animals or alcohol may be offered for sale during Junk in the Trunk.</p><p>Junk in the Trunk will be once a month on the second Saturday of each month.
