<span class="subhead"><b>Mr. and Mrs. Karter Mills</span></b></p><p>Megan Wagner and Karter Mills were married Sept. 2, 2012, in an outdoor ceremony at Bliss Plaza in Greenwood. Troy Hartman of NorthPoint Church of Springfield officiated the ceremony.</p><p>Megan is the daughter of Robert and Holly Wagner, of Blue Springs, and Marty and Karen Ross, of Harrisonville. Karter is the son of Bill and Susan Gray, of Archie. </p><p>The bride was attended by Deanne Wylie of Springfield, as her matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Kelsey Thompson and Kelsie Sumner, both of Harrisonville, and Melissa Turner, of Manhattan Kan.</p><p>Ryan Droege, of Harrisonville, was the best man. Groomsmen included Matt Simpson, of Harrisonville, Travis Lathrop, of Strafford, and Montana Dickerson, of Archie. </p><p>A dinner and dance were in the Bliss Plaza reception hall.</p><p>Both the bride and bridegroom attend Missouri State University. Megan is pursing a degree in early childhood education. Karter will complete a degree in criminal justice in the spring of 2013 . Karter is specialist in the Army National Guard. The couple resides in Springfield.
