Football players named to all-state teams

ReprintThe Missouri Football Coaches Association has released the 2012 All-State football team and several local players have been honored.
On Class 1 second team are Drexel junior defensive lineman Hunter Lindsey and Midway junior punter Peyton Semsch. On honorable mention is Drexel senior offensive lineman Daniel Roberts.
On Class 4 first team is Harrisonville senior defensive back Walter Eastwood and junior defensive lineman Brock Kliewer. On second team are Harrisonville junior all-around athlete Mason Saffels and senior defensive end PJ Patton.
On Class 5 second team is Belton senior defensive lineman Josiah Kratz and senior defensive back Sean Lewis.
On Class 6 second team are Raymore-Peculiar senior offensive lineman Ryan Thomas, senior punter Dylan Meyers and senior kicker Trae Hodges.
