ReprintThree Cass County swimmers competed at the MSHSAA Girls’ State Swimming Championships Feb. 15-16 at the St. Peters Rec-Plex.
Harrisonville senior Taylor Spencer finished 16th in the 100-yard butterfly with a time of 1 minute, 1.86 seconds, earning her team 46th place with one team point.
Raymore-Peculiar freshman Maddi Brusick took 34th place in the preliminaries of the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 25.9.
Belton junior Katie Giacone took 38th place in the preliminaries of the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 26.01.
