Kansas City police arrested four robbery suspects at gunpoint after a high-speed chase was led into Cass County at approximately 10:30 a.m. March 22.
The chase started after police responded to a business robbery in the 8300 block of Wornell of Kansas City and reached speeds of more than 100 mph as the suspects fled south on Interstate 49.
According to KCPD spokesperson Steve Young, information from the burglary matched the details from several robberies the previous day.
The chase ended in Peculiar at Baier’s Den Road and Missouri C when the four adult male suspects fled on foot.
Officers converged on the area and took the suspects into custody after a brief search.
No injuries were reported.
The KCPD said charges are expected to be filed.
