Drury University

dean’s list

Earning a spot on Drury University’s dean’s list is a significant accomplishment, it means a student earned a grade point average of 3.6 or greater (on a 4-point scale) while carrying a full-time course load of 12 or more semester hours at Drury, a top 10 Midwestern university, according to U.S. News & World Report.

In the spring 2013 semester, Joshua Ogren of Raymore was named to the dean’s list.

University of Saint Mary dean’s honor list

University of Saint Mary has announced the spring 2013 dean’s honor list. The following USM students ended the semester with a grade point average of 3.5 or better:

Harrisonville – Brett Bearden

Raymore – Zackary Sargert

Iowa State University dean’s list

More than 6,250 Iowa State University undergraduates have been recognized for outstanding academic achievement by being named to the 2013 spring semester dean’s list. Students named to the Dean’s List must have earned a grade point average of at least 3.50 on a 4.00 scale while carrying a minimum of 12 credit hours of graded course work.

The following Raymore students were named to the dean’s list: Lindsey M. Demro, Accounting, Kristofer T. Michalson, Veterinary Medicine.

Rockhurst University dean’s list

Rockhurst University has announced the dean’s list for the spring 2013 semester. This honor recognizes students who have achieved a grade-point average of 3.5 or above.

Rockhurst University Commencement

Rockhurst University awarded more than 700 degrees at its 93rd annual commencement ceremony May 11 at Municipal Auditorium in Kansas City.

In keeping with the student-centered focus at Rockhurst, the program featured two student speakers: Katie Marie Birkenfeld, Kearney, Neb., who received a Bachelor of Arts in English and philosophy, and Andrew Christopher Kurz, Sedalia, who received a Master of Occupational Therapy.

Kansas State University dean’s list

More than 3,350 Kansas State University students have earned semester honors for their academic performance in the spring 2013 semester.

Students earning a grade point average for the semester of 3.75 or above on at least 12 credit hours receive semester honors along with commendations from their deans. The honors also are recorded on their permanent academic records.
