Aldi No. 55, 1011 E. North Ave, Belton. Sept. 12. Routine Inspection. In Essential Compliance. Critical Violations: 2. Five badly dented cans found on store aisle. Corrective Action: Cans discarded. Any cans with dents around the seal or large dents in middle must be removed. Cases of candy stored on same shelf with cleaning chemicals inside storage/mop sink room. Corrective Action: Corrected by moving any chemicals away from food items. Non Critical Violations: 2.

Archie R-V School, 302 W. St. Rt. A, Archie. Sept. 18. Routine Inspection. In Essential Compliance. Critical Violations: 0. Non Critical Violations: 1.

Bob Evans Farms No. 505, 1211 E. North Ave., Belton. Sept. 17. Routine Inspection. Not In Essential Compliance. Critical Violations: 2. Dish Machine does not reach at least 160°F to sanitize. Corrective Action: Repair dishmachine to sanitize at proper temperature. Three compartment sink will be used until dishmachine is repaired. Ten people missing a valid food handler card at time of inspection. Corrective Action: A reinspection will be made in 30 days and all employees listed missing a valid food handler card must have one by this time. Non Critical Violations: 5. Sept. 20. Follow up Inspection. Dishmachine sanitizes at the proper temperature (160°F and over) - Critical Violation Corrected. Food handler cards will be checked on or around Oct. 17.

Fountain Heads are clean. 2. Ice Machine: Debris build-up noted on deflector plate and ice chute. Corrective Action: Informed owner, instructed how to inspect, clean and sanitize noted items. Owner cleaned and sanitized soda fountain and ice machine. Non-Critical Violations: 9.

Little Caesars, 317 S. Commercial, Harrisonville. Sept. 11. Routine Inspection. In Essential Compliance. Critical Violations: 1. Plastic Container with dried food debris and greasy residue on dish rack. Corrective Action: Container was shown to manager then placed in dish sink. Non Critical Violations: 4.

Michelle’s Ranch Café, 501 E. Walnut, Raymore. Sept. 19. Routine Inspection. Not In Essential Compliance. Critical Violations: 4. 1. Soda Fountain: Debris build-up in heads, nozzles, filters. 2. Ice machine: Debris build-up around ice chute. Corrective Action: Discussed inspecting, cleaning and sanitizing noted items with owner. 3. Can of WD-40 on shelf above food prep area. Corrective Action: Informed owner, item moved to storage shelf. Store chemicals separate and below food storage. 4. Wait Station Refrigerator: Salad Dressings 48-50°F for unknown length of time. Corrective Action: Noted potentially hazardous foods were removed and discarded. Items prepared today or within acceptable temperature limit 41°F were moved to different refrigeration units. Non Critical Violations: 3.

Oriental Garden, 1260 W. Foxwood Dr., Raymore. Sept. 11. Follow up Inspection. In Essential Compliance. Critical Violations corrected. Facilities approved to reopen.

Paleo Fit Meals, 1016 N. Scott Ave #C, Belton. Sept. 13. Preopening Inspection. Establishment is not approved and must complete the following: 1. Fix light in walk-in freezer; 2. Cover holes in wall in walk-in refrigerator and by three-compartment sink; 3. HACCP plan for reduced oxygen packaging; 4. Install drain line from walk-in refrigerator to drain. 5. Fix torn section of wall by entrance to kitchen; 6. Install coving or seal where there is gap between floor and wall like by mop sink, dishwashing area and side storage room; 7. Paint/seal bare wood shelves; 8. Replace water damaged ceiling tiles and put up ceiling tiles were missing above walk-ins and in kitchen; 9. Fix faucet and three compartment sink so it is stable and in good repair; 10. Outfit front hand sink with soap, towels and handwashing sign; 11. Have a handwashing sign for restroom hand sink; and 12. General clean-up. Instructed to call Cass County Health when ready for a reinspection. Temperatures: Walk-in freezer - ambient -1°F, Walk-in refrigerator - ambient 40°F

Peculiar Drive-In, 159 Old 71 Hwy., Peculiar. Sept. 17. Routine Inspection. In Essential Compliance. Critical Violations: 2. 1. Bottle of Cleaner on shelf above soda fountain. Corrective Action: Notified owner bottle moved to cleaning product area. 2.Bucket Bleach Sanitizer <50 ppm. Spray bottles of sanitizer solution were within proper concentration range. Corrective Action: Notified Employee, new bleach sanitizer prepared at 100 ppm. Non Critical Violations: 1.

Peculiar Elementary School, 201 E. Third St., Peculiar. Sept. 12. Follow up Inspection. In Essential Compliance. Dishmachine sanitizes by heat at 160°F or above at time of inspection - Critical Violation Corrected. No further reinspections are required.

Quickbreak No. 2, 502 S.W. Outer Rd, Archie. Sept. 18. Routine Inspection. In Essential Compliance. Critical Violations: 2. 1. 2- unlabeled refillable spray bottles in kitchen. Corrective Action: Informed employees both bottles were labeled with common name of contents. Ensure all spray bottles are clearly labeled with the common name of contents. 2. Broken ice scoop. Corrective Action: Employee replaced ice scoop. Discard and replace damaged food contact utensils due to inability to reasonably clean and sanitize properly. Non Critical Violations: 7.

Quik Break No. 3, 101 Cherry Hill Dr., Belton. Sept. 18. Routine Inspection. Not In Essential Compliance. Critical Violations: 2. 2 Pizza slice boxes held in hot holding have time dates of 8:45 am and others have no time marking. Temperature was 122°F. Since establishment is using time as a control then boxes must time labeled and can only be held out for four hours then discarded. Corrective Action: Pizza discarded. Went over proper time marking with person in charge. Ambient temperature in walk-in refrigerator is 50°F and only PHF in refrigerator is milk at 50°F. Corrective Action: Milk discarded. Repair refrigerator so it runs 41°F or below at all times. Non Critical Violations: 5.

Quik Break No. 3, 101 Cherry Hill Dr., Belton. Sept. 20.Follow up Inspection. Not In Essential Compliance. Walk-in refrigerator storing milk had an ambient temperature of 48°F at far end and 50°F near door (Milk 50°F was pulled to discard) - Critical Violation Not Corrected. A reinspection will be made on this item on Sept. 23 and violation must be corrected at this time. Time marking on pizza boxes, which use time as a control, were corrected at time of inspection and will be rechecked on reinspection date for walk-in refrigerator to assure time marking is being done.

Corrective Action: Corrected by moving drink outside of kitchen. Three valid food handler cards were not provided at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Provide at 30 day reinspection. Nozzles/ filters are clean. Corrective Action: Informed employee. Discussed inspecting, cleaning and sanitizing noted items with employee. Employee cleaned and sanitized fountain heads. Refillable spray bottle not labeled with common name of contents. Corrective Action: Per employee spray bottle filled with water used when placing dough in trays. Spray bottle labeled. Non Critical Violations: 5.

Subway No. 24514-239, 1116 W. Foxwood Dr., Raymore. Sept. 20. Routine Inspection. In Essential Compliance. Critical Violations: 2. Soda Fountain Nozzles: black debris build up noted inside nozzles. Corrective Action: Owner replaced dirty nozzles with clean nozzles. Front Reach-In Cooler: Shred Lettuce 47.8°F, Jalapenos 53°F, Yellow Peppers 53°F. Corrective Action: Items prepared today and non-potentially hazardous items moved to walk-in cooler. Lettuce discarded. Non Critical Violations: 6.
