HHS SADD promotes safe driving

October 17, 2013

Harrisonville High School is once again participating in the Celebrate My Drive program sponsored by State Farm Insurance with the opportunity to win a grant.

The HHS Students Against Destructive Decisions chapter is organizing activities during the week of Oct. 18-26 to promote safe driving as part of the celebration.

The Celebrate My Drive program is an online competition in which 100 schools will win grants (90 will win $25,000 and 10 will win $100,000). Beginning Oct. 18, anyone over 14 can visit www.celebratemydrive.com to make a commitment to safe driving. You can make a commitment once per day through Oct. 26. Be sure to indicate that you are supporting Harrisonville High School.

Last year, the HHS SADD chapter received a $2,500 grant from State Farm for their participation in the Celebrate My Drive program.
