Congregate meals are served 11:15 a.m. to noon Monday through Friday. For reservations, call 380-8980, Ext. 240, before 9 a.m. Call anytime for future reservations.

The suggested price is $2 for seniors, age 60 and over and disabled age 18 to 59 with a written disability award. A fixed price of $3.75 is for people under age 60.

Milk, coffee or tea served with every meal.

Monday - Fried chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, wheat roll, angelfood cake, ice cream.

Tuesday - Omelet with cheese, sausage patty, hash browns, whole-grain bread, banana, orange juice.

Wednesday - Chicken and noodles, peas, Harvard beets, wheat roll, fruit cup.

Thursday - Crunchy-onion chicken breast, baked potato, festive tossed salad, whole-grain bread, peaches.

Friday - Meatloaf, mashed potatoes with gravy, Brussels sprouts, wheat roll, apples with cinnamon sugar.


Senior Center

Meals are served at noon Monday through Friday at the Belton Senior Center. There is a suggested contribution price of $2 for those age 60 and over and the price for ages 18 to 59 is $3.75. The center also offers cards, bingo, birthday parties, holiday parties and outings.

Monday - Liver in gravy, onion side, Au gratin potatoes, mixed vegetables, wheat roll, mandarin oranges.

Tuesday - Open-face turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy, peas and carrots, whole-grain bread, diced peaches.

Wednesday - Beef taco salad, pinto beans, lettuce, cheese, salsa, tomatoes, no-salt chips, pineapple tidbits.

Thursday - Tuna casserole with noodles, peas, steamed cabbage, whole-grain bread, fruit cocktail.

Friday - Orange-glazed chicken breast, broccoli casserole, parsley potatoes, wheat bread, tropical fruit.
