HMS participates, medals in Science Olympiad

Harrisonville Middle School Science Olympiad teams participated in the Holden Science Olympiad Jan. 18. HMS students Zach Chaney, left, and Matthew Brauer test their Boomilever before the Science Olympiad competition. Several individuals brought home medals. Megan Richter and Gabby Wheeler took first place in Crime Busters; Alexis Royal and Madison Barnes took first place in Can’t Judge a Powder; Drake Mathews and Danielle Fox took second place in Solar System; Danielle Fox and Riley Bridgers earned fourth place in Entomology; Stuart Kroenke and Kylee Bohletook fourth in Wheeled Vehicle; Lanie Carl and Hannah Gibbs earned sixth in Heredity; and Zach Austin and Aramis Wyrick took sixth in Robo Cross.
