Platinum Anniversary

Martin and Dorothy DeLozier, of Harrisonville, will celebrate their 70th anniversary Sunday, March 16.

They were married March 16, 1944, in Redwood City, Calif. Martin was in the Navy during WWII and Dorothy traveled to California to join him for their marriage before he shipped out.

They have two children, Doug DeLozier (Lynda) and Debbie Goss (Jim), four grandchildren and two great-granddaughters

Martin was co-owner in Harrisonville Auto Parts for several years before retirement. Dorothy was a homemaker and helped with the bookkeeping at the parts store. Both were very active in First Baptist Church, Harrisonville. They enjoyed traveling during their earlier retirement years.

They are currently residing together at Golden Years Care Center in Harrisonville. There will be a small family celebration. They enjoy visitors and phone calls. Please send cards to 2001 Jefferson Parkway, Room 406.
