Glorified Homemakers Club

The Glorified Homemakers Club met May 20 at Carolyn’s Restaurant in Harrisonville.

After lunch, President Sue Pulliam called the meeting to order.

Roll Call, “What did you do to celebrate Mother’s Day,” was answered by seven members.

Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved. The treasurer’s report was given.

Members discussed plans for the club’s 50th anniversary this year. There will be more plans next month.

Pulliam announced that items for the Life Choice Center would be collected later in the year. She reminded everyone the Quarterly Council meeting was 1-3 p.m. June 4 at the University of Missouri Extension Office in Harrisonville.

Members present were Patty Anderson, Sandra Collings, Katrine Cummins, Goldie Cunningham, Carol Witherspoon and Sandy Young.
