Richard Albert Mansfield, 95, a former resident of northeast Kansas City, Urich, and LaFeria, Texas, died peacefully Wednesday, June 4, 2014, with family at his side at Corner Brook Place.

Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. followed by Masonic and celebration services at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 14, at Park Lawn Chapel, Hillcrest Road at 83rd Street, Kansas City. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Ararat Shrine Hospital Transportation Fund or to Crossroads Hospice.

Survivors include his four children, Toni Wiseman (Loyd), Harrisonville, Dick Mansfield (Jennie), Gladstone, Barbara Zibung (Bill, deceased), Grandview, and Robert Mansfield, San Francisco, Calif.; 11 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; and 34 great-great-grandchildren. He also leaves nine step-grandchildren and their families, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
