Clay Potters Garden Club

Clay Potters Garden Club had the annual tour of members’ gardens at 9 a.m. June 14.

Members’ gardens on the tour included Teri Peterson, Sereta Winkle, Mildred Roth, Denise Grow and Darra Simpson.

The meeting concluded with a potluck picnic lunch at the home of club president Simpson.

The next meeting will be at 7 p.m. Monday, July 14, at the home of Judy Marin in Raymore.

Duncan Family Reunion

The descendents of Fernando Thomas Duncan and Mildred (Peterson) Duncan Reunion was June 14 at Elton Adams Place.

Out-of-town guests were Doug and Connie (Moore) Williams, Wright, Wyo.; Jim Wilson and Mary Brown, Cedar Hill; Winn Wiley and Mike Hurst, Eucha, Okla.; Dannie Moore, Clara Clark, Belton; Randy Moore, Drexel; Kathy Bryant, E-Man Bryant, Darrell Johnson, Evelyn Johnson, Teresa Payne, Caleb, Angie and Gracie Erwin, Kim Perry, Tracy Payne, Harrisonville; Keith Rich, Passaic; Karla Morrison, Clarinda, Iowa; Tom and Linda McGee, Blue Springs; Scott, Alix, Abigail and Colton McGee, Greenwood; Kelly Adams, Springfield; Dorothy Johnson, Kansas City; Juanita Wilburn, Cheryl and Larry Estes, Independence; Sheryl, Mackenzie, Bailey and Blake Scholl, Bo White, Cleveland; Louella Tanner, Tom and LaDonna Prettyman, Cindy and Fisher Mayfield, Elton and Jean Adams, Freeman.
