All-student Enrollment for the Belton School District 2014-15 school year will take place at Mill Creek Upper Elementary, 308 S. Cleveland, Belton.

• 12:30-8 p.m. Thursday, July 24
• 6:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Tuesday, July 29
• 12:30-8 p.m. Wednesday, July 30
All new and returning students, grades Pre-K through 12, are required to enroll and provide current proof of residency prior to attending school in August.
Online enrollment is now available for returning families through Parent Portal.
Visit www.beltonschools.org, click on the Parent Portal tab and log into your account. Click on the online registration tab to begin the process. Full directions for online enrollment will be posted on the district website under the “Enroll” tab. Although the forms can be filled out online, all returning families still will need to attend All Student Enrollment to prove residency.
New families are required to enroll at Mill Creek Upper Elementary during the All Student Enrollment dates and times. Be sure to bring proof of residency, along with student’s immunization records and birth certificate, or legal proof of birth dates, for incoming kindergarten students.
Parents/guardians will be required to provide one current document as proof of residence to begin the enrollment process. The only documents that will be accepted are water, gas or electric bills in your name with your current address listed on the bill and dated within 30 days prior to enrollment. Cable bills, insurance statements, tax receipts, etc., will not be accepted for proof of residency. If you do not have a utility bill in your name, you may provide a rental/lease agreement signed by all parties. The bills must be dated no more than 30 days prior to enrollment or they will not be accepted. An Affidavit of Residency will need to be filled out, signed by all parties and notarized for those who are residing with a Belton resident. Full Legal Guardianship is required for any student under the age of 18, not living with their parent or legal guardian. Transportation representatives will be on-site during student enrollment to answer questions and provide bus numbers, as well as route and stop schedules. Food service also will be available for questions, meal payments and Free/Reduced applications.
Individual school representatives will be set up at Mill Creek Upper Elementary during enrollment hours. Parents must visit their school’s designated area at the event to pick up specific school information and fill out necessary paperwork pertaining to the child’s school. All students (new to the district, as well as current students in grades K-8) will have immunizations reviewed at the individual school area.
