In a communication received Monday from the Cass County Clerk’s office, The Democrat Missourian was notified that Democrat Sandra S. Riley, Raymore, a candidate for the office of assessor, has withdrawn her candidacy and announced herself a candidate for the office of Cass County Treasurer.
