Welcome to The Cass County Democrat Missourian, a news, information and communication service available on the Internet's World Wide Web. The service combines much of The Cass County Democrat Missourian newspaper with additional material available only on The Cass County Democrat Missourian. Arbitration

Any legal controversy or legal claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or The Cass County Democrat Missourian, excluding legal action taken by The Cass County Democrat Missourian to obtain an injunction relating to its intellectual property, shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Harrisonville, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof.
